Few years ago we had the chance to go to the worldwide famous Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.

The restaurant was recognized as ‘the best in the world’ by San Pellegrino’s World Best Restaurant Award and chef René Redzepi has now published a book containing 90 recipes with all the secrets of his re-invented nordic cuisine.

Honestly our experience there was not extraordinary: second-rate service, poor cuisine, moderate location, huge bill.

We might need to go back in order to cancel this bad memory.
