Givenchy FW12 show, Paris Fashion Week

Fenomeno Tisci…

The collection ran the gamut from a strong woman to a slightly more feminine feel – which was influenced by Guy Bourdin’s photographs from the 70s. Flashes of red lent a bright feeling to the show whether in a blouse, gloves or another piece – the winter season will not be all doom and gloom. The femininity of the Givenchy woman was certainly evident by the end of the show, even when it had a hard edge and has given us a reason to look forward to next winter.
